Who Valant Is

Valant and Company is a performance improvement consultancy whose clients range from $5 million to more than $5 billion in annual revenues and whose industries cross a wide spectrum of goods and services – manufacturing and distribution, finance, and CPA and other professional service firms. Our typical client is a healthy company which for a variety of reasons, has been unable to achieve their planned objectives. We are very successful in helping such companies achieve their visions and meet their objectives. And, when we believe we can add substantial value we do assist emerging companies.
