Through interviews, generally with the top 10 to 20 people in the Firm depending on relative size, our Assessment evaluates your Firm performance and outlines the requirements for success. The Assessment includes a review of your organization structure, roles and responsibilities and we sign a non-disclosure and review your key financials and metrics for the past several years.
Following our assessment, we provide a recommended approach to overcoming your obstacles and capitalizing on your opportunities. Depending on the size of the company, an assessment normally requires one to three calendar weeks to complete and an additional week to compile and present the findings and recommendations.
