About Valant Co

Valant and Company is a performance improvement consultancy whose clients range from $5 million to more than $2 billion in annual revenues and whose industries cross a wide spectrum of goods and services – manufacturing and distribution to CPA and engineering consulting firms. Our typical client is a healthy company who for a variety of reasons, often but not always organizational, has been unable to achieve their planned objectives. While we are not a turnaround consultancy, we have on occasion helped troubled companies. And, when we believe we can add substantial value we do assist emerging companies.

•	Valant & Company does not sell reports. We work with you to plan, develop and implement what we recommend.

•	The client CEO controls our engagement. We agree to the term and duration of the project at the beginning of the assignment. The scope, duration or cost of the project can be changed ONLY with the agreement of the client CEO.
